About WFC

WFC was founded in summer 2023 and is run by Charlotte Galloway and Ryan McGavock.

Ryan is a C-Certificate qualified coach, experienced in coaching and planning training programmes for adults and children. With a wealth of experience as a committee member at multiple clubs, , Ryan has experience creating and maintaining an enjoyable and successful club and training centre environment. Ryan has also successfully run football festivals and tournaments. Currently he works as an NHS Physiotherapist in Adult Mental Health and is also qualified in Sports Trauma Management.

As well as being chairperson at Cardiff Dragons FC, Charlotte also coaches adults at the club, and has coached children at another Training Centre. Charlotte was also one of the coaches at the Huddle Unite festival at Amdani Hi on 1st July, coaching and co-ordinating girls aged from 4 to 11. Charlotte has also been involved with work behind the scenes at Cardiff City Ladies FC, Wales’ oldest and most successful women’s club, and Amdani Hi, the women’s and girls Hub at Ocean Way. Outside of Wales, Charlotte advises the Bristol Casual league (a league of 30+ women’s teams) on inclusion and core decisions. Charlotte is becoming a regular feature when it comes to speaking about inclusion, be it panels or podcasts, and this combined with personal experience of the girls’ and women’s game contribute to her desire to make Her Game Too WFC Training Centres a success.
