Centre Values

These are the values we look to demonstrate and instil at the Her Game Too WFC training centre. Not criticising someone for making a mistake, but instead encouraging her and praising her effort is a great example of these values.

  1. Empowering and supporting each other
  2. No judgement
  3. Respect
  4. Honesty
  5. Teamwork

Who we are

We are coaches, players and supporters who are passionate about the women’s game.

We want to create a space where women and girls of all ages feel confident, safe and empowered playing football.

This is why we are launching the UK’s FIRST Her Game Too Training Centre.

We will provide high quality weekly training sessions delivered by qualified coaches. The training centre will create a no-judgement, low pressure environment for women and girls to develop football skills and fall in love with playing the beautiful game. The training centre is for all women, girls and those who experience sexism within football.

“No judgement, low pressure. I feel like I can make a mistake and no-one will laugh at me”

HGT training centre session

“Although Her Game Too originated as a campaign to raise awareness of sexism, it’s always refreshing to see the positive light on social media of women and girls enjoying the beautiful game and standing up against negativity and barriers. Providing equal opportunities to those who want to play football is so important to us at Her Game Too and collectively with WFC, we believe that training centres are the starting point to this.”HGT’s Brittany Laing, Cardiff City Ambassador and Team Lead for HGT Cymru speaking about the collaboration
