Charlotte Galloway

Charlotte is a co-founder of WFC, and will be one of the regular coaches at the HerGameToo training centre in Cardiff.

Charlotte has played football since she was 7 years old, and in the beginning had to join in with the boys team at school as there wasn’t a girls team. She has played for a number of local women’s football teams.

As well as being chairperson at Cardiff Dragons FC, Charlotte also coaches adults at the club, and last season led the foundation stage at the Cardiff City LFC football academy at Ocean Park Arena. Charlotte was also one of the coaches at the FAW Huddle Unite festival at Ocean Park Arena on 1st July, coaching and co-ordinating girls aged from 4 to 11.

Outside of Wales, Charlotte advises the Bristol Casual league (a league of 30+ women’s football teams) on inclusion and core decisions.

Charlotte is becoming a regular feature when it comes to speaking about inclusion, be it panels or podcasts, and this combined with personal experience of the girls’ and women’s game contribute to her desire to make Her Game Too Training Centres a success.

Ryan McGavock

Ryan is the other co-founder of WFC and one of the regular coaches. He currently coaches girls aged 4-16 looking to improve football outside of club and school, and co-ordinated the Cardiff City LFC FAW Huddle Unite festival at Ocean Park Arena in 2023.

Ryan is an FAW C-Certificate qualified coach, and Level 1 Goalkeeping coach, experienced in coaching and planning training programmes for adults and children. Ryan led the Cardiff City Ladies FC girls training centre at Ocean Park Arena  throughout the 2022-23 season before leaving to set up Her Game Too W.F.C.

Working by day as an NHS Physiotherapist in Adult Mental Health, Ryan is also qualified in Sports Trauma Management. He was lead physiotherapist for Cardiff City Ladies’ title-winning 2022/23 season and now provides physio support to Pontypridd United WFC.

Brittany is also an Ambassador for GêmHiHefyd – the Welsh branch of Her Game Too. She’s also completed the FAW Safeguarding qualification, and will be on hand at sessions as an extra pair of hands and to answer any questions you may have about HerGameToo or the training centre.

Britt is a lifelong fan of Cardiff City FC, having had a season ticket for as long as she can remember. She loves going to Cardiff City and Wales games, and will be organising group trips for members of the training centre and Her Game Too to go together to watch matches.
